Introduction
We analyzed the organization Zinburger. Zinburger is a chain restaurant that serves burgers, shakes and alcohol at its’ five valley locations. It is a hip, artsy, and casual place for families and modern day millenials to dine, drink, and socialize. We conducted our interviews at the Biltmore location of Zinburger, which has about 30 employees. Their locations organizational structure is easy to follow. At the top of the list are the managers. They are in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly and coming up with solutions for any conflict that may arise. There are two managers at this location and they are the point of contact for all other Biltmore Zinburger employees. Location employee roles include roles like the servers, whose main focus is on keeping the customers happy.
