Write a case study on leadership, ethics and promises based on Sameer’s case

Submit a case study relating to leadership and ethics. The case study project will be due at the Residency Session. Go to the university’s electronic library and search for and download the case study, “Is it ever OK to break a promise.” The submission of the project will be done in the Residency Folder. After studying the case present any ethical dilemmas you have with the situation and answer the following questions (minimum length requirement 700 words).

  • We all break promises – when and why is it ok?
  • If it were you in this situation, what would you do?
  • Assuming that Sameer took the competitors offer and you are Mr. Baba. Would you ever sponsor another employee’s MBA? Explain.
 
and also write 80 -90 percent of the concepts from the text book below in solving the case study and 10 – 15 percent just one outside resource.
