- Is the public realm linked to particular policy objectives looking or claiming to further sustainability concerns?
- How much does urban design factor into this framing of the public realm?
- Embed your policy analysis within in a consideration of relevant literature. What does the literature say about the role of the public realm, and its qualities (i.e. its design and role as a contributor to particular policy objectives looking to address sustainability concerns)? - Document analysis (50%): evidence of an ability to evaluate and discuss the extent of policy engagement in sustainable urban design; and of an ability to support viewpoints with examples from policy analysis; and
- Presentation (written) (10%): evidence of clarity of organisation and structure, fluency, grammar and spelling, and references; and of an ability to make logical and coherent arguments.
