Explain the importance of a SWOT analysis

The criteria are provided in the document. You do not need to complete worksheet one and two. They are just the guide to give you some ideas for your SWOT analysis. Worksheet three is where you start writing the report. And also, my job career market is any position in the management team in the hospitality industry (you can specify one).
