Explain strategic project and risk management in dynamic environments

Topic:Strategic Project and Risk Management in Dynamic EnvironmentsIn this paper I will be discussing two risk identification techniques that will be used in this risk management project. There are several tools and techniques methods that can be used in project management. According to Bpayne and Adrienne Watt (N.D.), a risk is any uncertain event or condition that might affect your project. It is imperative to understand that not all risks are negative. There positive risks as well. Like for example searching for an easier way to complete an action or lowering values for certain supplies can assist in a project.
Checklist
The checklist determines the risks contains a specific project management plan. The checklist is generally established based on the information attained from prior projects that are like and ancient data. It is imperative to understand that a checklist analysis is used to identify the risks. More so, it is one of the quickest and simplest ways to recognize risks developments. An example of Checklist is studying documents. A checklist is conducted during the closure of the project to progress impending projects by including valued lessons learned.
The reason I have chosen to use checklist in my project is because I have some new employees who will be working on this project. Checklist is a simple technique to use while reviewing documents for the project.
Brainstorming
Brainstorming is used only for creating ideas. There are three types of Brainstorming which are known as the structured, in free-form and silent brainstorming. The structured brainstorming is more of a group setting and every participate are sharing their ideas, trying to ensure little editing as possible. The in free-from brainstorming is expressing ideas as it comes to mind. This way team members could build off other ideas. Lastly, silent brainstorming is used when team members are individually writing their ideas on a sticky note or either a piece of paper. Brainstorming offers a free approach that inspires everyone to contribute to the project. I have chosen this technique, because I want everyone to have a feel free to share their ideas with the group.
