Self-Assessment Essay.

To think about the methods used in many staff development situations, identify
something new you have learned how to do in your adult life (for example, how to
use a new app or how to cook).  Take a minute to remember how that happened
by answering these questions:
 How did you go about learning it? (Be descriptive, what steps did you
take) (5 point)
 What motivated you, and what barriers did you overcome? (5 point)
 Did anyone else have a role in your learning? If so, how did that
relationship work? (5 point)
 Going deeper:  What does this reflection revile about your learning
needs?  How might the needs of someone else be different than yours? (5
point maximum)
