Research and find one organization that could be your future employer or is well known in your social circles
You must select one scenario where online resources are available, and where there is clarification about the HRM functions and activities. Ideally, your chosen company – real case scenario – will be an international place with employees coming from diverse backgrounds: for example, age, gender, and education. Every student must find and study a different case. No two students can work on the same case.
The chosen organization/company must provide clear information about the HRM practices/activities that have been designed and implemented. There is not a right or wrong answer since you see and analyze from your perspective and your theoretical knowledge, but you must provide empirical evidence that demonstrates the organization´s successful path and /or weaknesses. Remember that your initial goal is not to criticize the organization, but to discover and show all HRM elements/activities that support the company´s human capital and make recommendations.
*Remember to present a well-analyzed section and not only a list of HRM activities. It is recommendable to present a classification of the chosen organization´s HRM activities from the least important to the most important, if this is feasible, based on the newly acquired knowledge from the course. Please, avoid any generalizations.
