Life in the Bronx during COVID-19: Project Results
This is much closer, although I hope you are putting in an appropriate amount of hours. This reads like an essay and all that was required were responses to six basic proposal questions.

The focus will be marriage and family in light of the pandemic.
5. List at least three closed-ended questions you plan to ask. Closed-ended questions generally have an objective answer (Q: “How would you describe your racial/ ethnic background?” A: Black Or Dominican Or Nigerian).

How old are you?
What is the composition of your household? In other words, who lives with you?
6. List at least three open-ended (not yes/no) questions you plan to ask. Open-ended questions generally prompt interviewees to tell a story. (Q: “Can you describe a time when you experienced discrimination?” A: Oh, there are many times. One time when I…).
