Nonverbal communication replaces, reinforces, and can contradict verbal communication.

Describe a time when one of the six categories of nonverbal cues (personal presentation and environment, chronemics, proxemics, haptics, and/or kinesics) caused you to misinterpret the message in a work situation or a personal setting.
Using the guidelines for improving nonverbal communication in the textbook, explain what you could have done differently and why.
