During your assessment, you note her knees have a very small amount of swelling with warmth or redness. You diagnose her with the initial stages of osteoarthritis. She has no allergies and takes trazodone hydrochloride 50 mg PO at night to assist with sleeping and to prevent TMJ symptoms. You determine she needs an anti-inflammatory agent.
