You (as a supervising chef) will need to individually write aFormal report to the Executive Board.
This is in regards to the planning process of the event and the (expected) outcome of the event.
Ensure your report covers the following:
Explain how one supervision theoretical component of this subject was used in the development of the event effectively
2 practical recommendations on how to improve on the operational aspects for future events
evaluation on the financial sustainability of the operation as a future business opportunity.
one way to improve the social/ environmental sustainability of future events
