Discuss various employee benefits.
There are so many benefits that are important to employees. The three most important benefits an employer can give to an employee are retirement benefits, health care benefits, and time-off benefits. The employer should offer retirement benefits to all employees full or part-time. So many people reach retirement age, but cannot retire and has to keep working. Without retirement, the sole income of seniors is Social Security and we know that is nowhere near enough to live off of. Seniors are just surviving, but not living. I find the health care benefit to be important to all employees. A car accident, pregnancy, or an unforeseen health issue could send someone to the hospital at any moment. No amount of money saved is saved for high hospital bills, so the only solution to these issues is good affordable health insurance. The time-off benefit is another benefit I think all employees should be offered, rather full or part-time employees. I do believe there should be strict guidelines to receive the time-off benefit. The time-off benefit will benefit people who might have to take a leave because of a sick loved one. This would allow the employee to carefreely for that loved one without worrying about how the bills would get paid.
