Write a 500-750 word APA-styled paper that addresses the following tasks:

1.What are some of the causes and effects of police stress?

2.How can departments recognize and deal with the stress felt by officers?

3.Can certain stressors impact the way that officers deal with citizens? Should some acknowledgement of that be taken into consideration when we look at potentially negative police/citizen encounters? Why or why not?
