organizational behavior and why would this understanding  benefit the
organization as a whole.

 Explain the role that attitudes play in job performance. How do attitudes impact
job satisfaction, job involvement and employee engagement?

 Describe three of the personality theories: (MBTI, “Big Five” Model, Emotional
Intelligence (Goleman) Holland’s Personality-Job Fit.) How can an understanding
of perception and attribution theory help mangers understand individual behavior?

Compare and contrast two of the Behavioral leadership theories
(University of Iowa, Ohio State, University of Michigan,   Managerial Grid).

Briefly explain two of the Contingency theories of leadership (Fiedler,
Hersey and Blanchard, Robert House). Which theory do you feel is the most useful? Why?

What do you believe is the difference between a Transactional and a
Transformational leader; between a Charismatic and a
Visionary Leader

Describe a “Leader” you have known and explain why this person
embodies some of the  leadership concepts you have learned.
