This is the feedback I got back from my professor on IP 2: Thanks for submitting your response to this week’s individual project. The purpose of this unit section of the quality training manual was to explore the role of leadership in the quality improvement initiative. You discussed some of the major components for section two on leadership role. I liked your discussion concerning the significance of leadership role in the organization. However, I would have liked to see you discuss those specific leadership roles outlined in the task description – role model, cheerleader, resource provider, etc. Make sure that you are implementing any previously recommended improvement to your quality training manual. Keep improving.
