Find an example of a successful environmentally sustainable workplace practice in Australia.

Write a 500-word description of the workplace practice:

Describe the initial workplace issue(such as Cafe, Restaurant, include company name, business type and information source).

Explain the sustainable work practice including two environmental benefits which resulted from the practice.

Identify the environmental regulations which apply and how the practice addresses them.

Discuss the tools and techniques applied by the enterprise during implementation and application of the new practice. Include the targets set and how the process is monitored to ensure continuous success.

You will be provided some class time to work on this assessment, however it is expected that the majority of this assessment will be completed outside class.
