Leadership Exercise

Part 1:

Please reflect back on a time when a leader of a group, class, team, etc… made a decision or chose a course of action that you disagreed with.

Part 2:

Having reflected on the situation, please:

• Describe the situation in detail.
• Explain the decision the leader made in this situation or the course of action they took and why.
• Explain the decision you would have made in this situation or the course of action you would have taken and why.
• Describe the consequences of the decision or course of action the leader took on the group, class, team, etc…
• Describe how your decision or course of action would have changed the final outcome for the better.

This assignment should be no less than 250 words and no longer than 500 words. I look forward to your insightful responses.
