 Students can work together on this project in clinical groups or groups of their choosing. The purpose of this project is to develop a document (bi-fold, tri-fold color brochure) that outlines required immunizations and screenings throughout the lifespan. Students will be expected to post the document on BB for dissemination and use. Each of the following groups need to be addressed.

Assignment: Students in clinical groups are to divide their work as follows:

1.Immunizations from 0 to 12 months

2.Immunizations from 13 months to 6 years

3.Screenings from 0 to 5 years

4.Screenings from 8 to 18 years

5.Screenings from 18 to 40 years

6.Screenings from 41 to 65 years

7.Screenings from 66 years and beyond
