An assessment on Family Resiliency
The Family Resiliency Assessment of the student’s family is an assignment that allows the
student to apply social work ethical principles to guide in his/her professionalism and practice. The
student is to recognize and manage personal biases as they affect the therapeutic relationship and the
application of service provision towards the client. In completing the assessment, the student will develop
an understanding of personal biases in order to reduce the unintentional/intentional harm. Therefore,
increasing the client’s overall well-being and maintaining the NASW Code of Ethics.
