Aspects of Law Enforcement- Case Study

Case brief should be no less than 2 pages and no longer than 4 pages in length. Each case brief will have a reference page which will not count toward the total number of pages. Each case brief will be double spaced and will be typed using Times New Roman font no larger than 12 pitch in size. Each case brief should have no less than 3 references which are appropriate to the case being written about. Each case brief should be completed using the APA style of referencing. Your references can be materials found at the library, books, magazine articles, internet news articles and/or internet publications.

Related to concepts covered in Chapter 1.

Question: What happens when the State and Federal government disagree on the creation and enforcement of laws?

Do the federal immigration laws preclude Arizona’s efforts at cooperative law enforcement and preempt the four provisions of S.B. 1070 on their face?
