Describe the role of the U.S government and its intervention of private institutions
What does government do? Givers and takers.
There are just over 90,000 units of government in the United States today, which includes 1 federal, 50 state, 3,100+/- counties, and tens of thousands of other kinds of special governments (school districts, towns, cities, etc.). Yes, believe it – these are not “fake facts.” When we think about how government tends to get into the business of business, we usually picture the federal government. As you see in the readings, American government has been intervening in the private sector since the founding of this nation. Give us an example of a government unit other than the federal government that intervened/intervenes in the private sector and what you think about it.
